Very good place to stay and clean and well kept place. Good weekly rates and day rates the best on north beach
I underestimated the rooms. They could use some TLC but the bed was so comfortable, the AC worked great, the location is great, the price is amazing especially because the beach is right there, the area is way more relaxing than the intown suites we stayed at before moving here. We travel for work and if we find ourselves in Corpus again, this is where we will stay.
Booked a last minute stay here on Labor Day weekend, we just wanted ”a clean bed to sleep in and a place to shower” and that’s exactly what we got. Sheets were clean and the shower worked great. We needed extra pillows and they got them to us quickly and fresh towels when we asked for them. Our room was as clean as you could expect for a hotel at the price point and we were comfortable the 3 nights we were there. If you need a budget option for a short stay not a bad choice!

I had a really great experience here today. I called the hotel late in the evening with a very short and specific request, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They offered a room for a short stay at a very reasonable price, which helped us a lot. The staff was polite, understanding, and quick to help, and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s rare to find this level of flexibility and customer service, especially on short notice. Truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Would definitely recommend this place based on the service alone.
Had a great experience here. Check-in was quick and the front desk was very welcoming. Love that they don't charge a deposit for credit card users! The rooms are older but very clean and come with a fridge, microwave, and free Wi-Fi. Best of all, you're within walking distance to the Lexington and the beach, with Blackbeard’s restaurant right next door. Felt safe with the good outdoor lighting and free parking. Highly recommend for a budget-friendly trip!
Good for a Short Stay. Great Location & Friendly Staff The experience was okay overall, and for the price, it’s a solid budget option. The best thing is the location just a short walk to the beach and to Lexington. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which made the stay nicer. The room had a bad smell, and the restroom could use some repainting. Still, I’d recommend it for a short stay if you’re looking for something affordable and well-located.
A great place to stay. The beds are very comfy, shower is great, and the location is prime. Great view. The staff were very kind and helpful. It's conveniently located right by gift shops, restaurants, the USS Lexington and the Texas State Aquarium. If you're looking for a nice place to stay and want to save money, this is the place. We love it. It's right by the water which is great. Very nice people, awesome location, super value, and a great experience. Thank you Regency Inn for making our vacation even better. Coming back for my birthday next month and we're staying here. You should too. You'll be glad you did.
